Pet Boarding Agreement: N & G Hucker trading as Creature Comforts Pet Lodge

1. My/our dogs/s is/are fully vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper and Para Influenza and Bordetella (Canine Cough). This has been administered at least 10 days prior to admission to the kennels; AND/OR My/our cat/s is/are fully vaccinated with the Feline "3 in 1" vaccine which has been administered at least 10 days prior to admission to the cattery. It is my/our responsibility to produce a current vaccination certificate and to adhere to hours of attendance and terms of payment.
2. Should my/our pets require veterinary care whilst at Creature Comforts Pet Lodge I/we will meet all relevant costs associated with this, including flea or worm treatments. Any decision whether or not to seek veterinary care for my/our pet/s whilst at Creature Comforts will be at the sole discretion of Creature Comforts.
3. You do not accept any responsibility, financial or otherwise, or be held liable for damage to or loss of owner-provided collars, bedding, toys, cages or for any other loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with the care of my pet/s.
4. I/we will pay your fees and expenses and will do so before my/our pet/s is/are removed from the premises unless agreed otherwise. Interest will be payable at the rate of 2% per month on any fees and expenses that are in arrears for more than 14 days. I/we will pay all debt collection costs and expenses including full legal costs.
5. If my/our pet/s are not collected from you on or before the agreed date or alternative arrangements are not made, then you may rehome them at your discretion. This could occur after failure to contact us, or our emergency contact person, during the 2 weeks from the last prearranged pick up date. The proceeds of sale may be applied to any amounts that I/we owe you and/or any costs associated with such disposal shall be payable by me/us upon invoice.
6. You may photograph my pet/s and make such photographs and other information about my pet/s (excluding family names) available to the public via social media (such as Facebook or our website) or otherwise.
7. I/we have disclosed to you all material facts regarding my/our pet/s and will indemnify you in relation to any loss or damage suffered as a consequence of a failure to do so.
